The power adapter is not connected to the outlet or plugged into the Android box.
Check whether the power connector is completely plugged into the DC socket of the Android box.
  1. The power cable or power adapter is unplugged.
  2. If your Android box has a main power switch: The main power switch on the rear panel is set to [OFF].
  3. The electrical outlet may be damaged.
  1. Check that the power cable or power adapter is plugged to the wall outlet.
  2. Switch the main power on.
  3. Check with another device if the electrical outlet is supplied.

Make sure the Wi-Fi network is connected and the security key for the encrypted network is correct.

Make sure you select the correct IP address settings.

  1. Damaged or defective connectors.
  2. The connections are not done properly.
  3. The quality of the connected cables is insufficient.
  4. Wrong input is selected on the TV.
  1. Check connectors for visible damage.
  2. Make sure that the connections are done correctly and are fitting well to the connected input/output.
  3. Check that the quality of all cables is good. Reconnect all cables between the Android box and the TV set.
  4. Check whether the correct HDMI input on your HD TV is selected.
  1. Faulty operation of the Internet modem due to damaged modem components (connection boxes, cables and plugs).
  2. Reception problems due to quality and speed of the internet connection.
  1. Check the Internet modem's installation components and contact your Local Service.
  2. Perform a power reset of the Internet modem (unplug the power connector plug from the power outlet, wait 10 seconds and plug the power connector plug back into the power outlet).
Setup the screen ratio on your HD TV as automatic or change the screen size in the system menu.
  1. The volume of the TV is  set too low.
    The volume of the Android box is set too low.
  2. The correct input is not selected on your TV or amplifier, or the Android box is set to a higher resolution than supported by the TV.
  3. The TV, Android box or amplifier is not switched on.
  4. The TV or Android box is not connected to the mains.
  5. Bad cable connection.
  6. Audio is muted.
  7. The TV power is off.
  1. Increase the volume of the TV with its remote control.
    Increase the volume of the Android box with its remote control.
  2. Switch to the correct TV/amplifier input.
    Select lower resolution on the Android box.
  3. Switch the TV/Android box/amplifier on.
  4. Check the mains lead.
  5. Make sure that any existing digital or analogue A/V cable connections between the used equipment (TV, Android box or A/V amplifier) are properly connected.
  6. Press the [MUTE] button on your remote control.
  7. Turn the TV on.
  1. The Android box is off.
  2. The remote control is not aimed correctly.
  3. The IR sensor on the front panel of the Android box is obstructed.
  4. The batteries of the remote control are not inserted, wrongly inserted or exhausted.
  1. Plug in and turn on the Android box.
  2. Aim the remote control at the IR sensor on the front panel of the Android box.
  3. Avoid or remove obstructions.
  4. Check whether the batteries are inserted correctly or exhausted. If exhausted, replace the batteries in the remote control.
The Auto Standby function is enabled.
Check the Auto Standby setting and disable if necessary.

The default PIN is <0000> or <1234> (refer to the user manual of your device).

  1. The power consumption is too high.
  2. The USB device is formatted incorrectly.
  1. Connect an extra power supply adapter to your USB HDD device.
  2. Format the USB device on a PC to FAT 32.
The read/write speed of your USB device could be too low.
Make sure to use a USB storage device with sufficient speed and space. Pen drives (‘USB sticks’) may not support sufficient speed.
